My Ashley made dinner tonight! My friend Kristi had a
great idea about letting each kid have a night to help make dinner.
I have decided to make it once a week.
Today was Ash's turn
She decided to make
Chicken Enchilada's!
She did everything but cut the chicken and cook it,
I dipped the tortilla's and filled them.
She cut up everything! Even sliced the olives!!
NO CUTS!!!
Ash told me that she really enjoys cooking and it is a lot of fun!
I have to say, I had a lot of fun too.

Steph~ You are so welcome...I have not had time to read through it yet, but Robin said you are funny! And a city girl gone country...LOL Just kidding, well, It is funny!
Robin~ It was so good!! THe kids actually ate all of it! This is a meal that I have tried to get them to eat a few times, and they haven't.
