Old friends

So when I got my myspace site about a year and a half ago, I was so excited to find old friends...I mean like friends from when I was 5. Yes, I found some...I was so excited!!! It is always so much fun to see where they have gone with their lives...to see all the kids they have,the spouses,and everything else that comes with us getting older.

On Sunday I was able to reunite with a few of them...Aimee Archer and Lynnetta Kreig(sorry if I spelt that wrong). I went and picked up Aimee...I was so excited that I could hardly hold it in...Then we went and met Lynnetta at the Olive Garden(YUMMY) for some of the famous Salad,Soup,and bread sticks, and of course it had to be all you can eat.

We sat there for a few hours talking about what has happened to us in the past 13 years for Aimee, and another 17 years for Lynnetta. They are still the same fun girls that I met when I was in grade school. We had lots of laughter...look at all of us in the Lane Middle School year book...that was freaking funny!!! I had the best day on Sunday!

I am so grateful that I reconnected with old friends that I have ALWAYS held dear to my heart.

I am not sure what they are saying most the time...but it is cute and I finally figured out how to put these things on my computer.

Tomorrow....

Tomorrow I get to go on my road trip...that is my way of making me feel cool!!! I am leaving about 11:00 a.m. and coming home Friday evening. It is going to be so awesome to have a few days to myself with my friends...I will have picture when I get back and let you all know how it was!

This was a day with Dossie and Ashley. I took then out to lunch...They were loving the pop...not the sun in their face.

This is my niece JoJo...This is how her bathingsuit was the whole day...I thought it was to cute. Half of the time she was covered in sand...My sister in law said it's like her butt eats her suit...To funny!!!!

Today was my Mother in laws Birthday. She is the best Mother in law that anyone could
ever ask for. She is everything that you want in one. God has truly blessed me with her.
We went to the park for her day, had lunch, went swimming,talked and laughed a lot.
I just wanted to share a few moments with all of you.

My day got better...Yes for me!!!

I am so happy that I got to get out of the house...it was a well deserved break as you know from my previous blogg...Get to my cousins house and just sat there and you know what I noticed....It was silent!!! oh sweat silence.

My cousin Terri BBQ steaks, we also had baked potatoes with bacon bits(real bacon not the fake crap),coleslaw,fruit salad(yummy,yummy),garlic bread,olives,and corn on the cob. Ohhhhhh, it was so good that I had to take a picture of it and send it to Ed. He was home with the kids eating crap!!! Ha ha ha ha!!!! Needless to say, he didn't like getting the picture. I thought that it was funny!

Had a few hours of adult talk, then went to pick up the kids from VBS, they had ice cream in my van,we talked all the way home, but as soon as we got home the drama hit the fan with you know who(Ash). Oh well, at least I got a few hours of drama free.

ARGGGGG Again...

This is how my day started...what a grand start it was!!

I woke up at about 7:30 a.m. because I had to pee REALLY BAD!! Get down stairs and I see a pile of cat puke!! OMG!! I go to the bathroom and thats when I see about 6 more piles of freaking cat puke!!! Oh holy HELL!! This is not what I wanted to wake up to...would any of you?

It gets better really it does.... We have fleas...I have treated our cat...can't get rid of the flipping fleas...So I decided that today would be a great day to get rid of them...So I went into Ashley and Dossie room to strip their beds...Ashley comes running in and has this look on her face...I go and take off her pillows and there it is...A PACKAGE OF HOTDOGS!!!!!! OMGOSH... I am so pissed off at this point that she is lucky her Dad came downstairs when he did.

Ok, so now it is about an hour later...Dossie is outside while I am cleaning the house getting ready to kill these stupid fleas...I go into the kitchen and I see something on my front pourch...what was it you ask....well, it was the carrotts from my garden...yes, he decided to pull all of my carrotts...No, They were not ready to be pulled yet...So now I am all pissed off again....I think that maybe aunt flow is going to visit soon...Back to the story...Go out back to my laundry room( I have to go outside to get to my laundry room) and there was ANOTHER PILE OF CARROTTS!!!!

Can this day get anymore pissy??? Oh I am sure it can and that it will. I just hope that I am not here when it does. I get to go to a BBQ all by myself and have a nice steak and actually visit with adults...I only have 2 more hours until I leave!!!!

This is Dossie and my great niece Sophie. She is only a few months older then Dossie. They were glued at each others hip. It was so cute...this is the first tome that they have really ever played. They were holding hands, hugging, and chasing one another.

A little sad...

My baby boy is at his first Vactional Bible School. I am not ready to let go...not with any of them...but it seems to be harder with him. He is my last baby...I won't be having any more....Hopefully I won't be gettinga call to pick him up early...LOL

Best Of Buds

This was the cutest day ever.... Dossie and Brennan...they are Ninja man and Rescue Hero Man....That is what they called their selves....Got to love it!!!

What a great day....

Today was a great day. We had a family BBQ for all the Birthdays in July. All of Nephews and Nieces where the and some of there kids. It was also Amber's Birthday...She turned 16 and got her license....God help us all!!!! I took this picture of her when she was eating her cake....what every 16 year old loves....a picture of her eating.....Ha hahahahaha....love you Amber!!!!

VENTING!!!!!!!

Oh My!!! I just did the check book last night and I HATE MONEY!! I hate the fact that gas is outrageous, I hate the fact that Ed has a car that would cost half of what it cost to fill his 1987 Chevy truck that take over a hundred dollars a week to fill!! He has had 3 months to get it all done....do you think he has done it? HELL NO!!! What the heck!!!

We are smokers...yes I know...BAD! We roll our own to cut the cost by almost a $100 a month....Ed has been to lazy to roll his own and keeps buying packs of cigarettes!! I just want to beat him!! It is not all his fault... I am aware of this....I F@#$ED up also. I had about 5 receipts that I forgot to put in the check book.

They weren't small ones either....they were the ones that were over the $50.00 price. I had to tell him... I didn't want to!!!! But I did....ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG I hate it when things get tight!!!!

Fun time!!!

We went camping this weekend. The kids had a blast. We went down on Friday, and it was kinda cranky time for Dad. As soon as we got there they started to ask a hundred questions. When can we ride the 4 wheeler, when can we go to the river,can we have something to eat,do we really get to sleep in our own tent this year? Yes, Dad was getting a little upset and snaped at them. My poor babies, but they had it coming...LOL

I took Dossie for a ride on our friends grizzly...I had a blast, but he really didn't like it. He is kinda a sissy when it comes to stuff like that. The girls had a blast on it and wanted to go faster! Adalynne got to ride her 4 wheeler for a little bit, but the battery kept dieing. Ashley was mad cause she didn't get to ride it for very long.

Our friend Tami took the girls down to the river and they were down there for some time, just when I started to get alittle worried here they come walking up to camp. Ash comes running up to me saying "I LOST MY FLIP FLOP IN THE RIVER!!!" Ok, I said, not a big deal. Then here comes Tami...she had lost he flip flop as well. So both of them had lost thier left flip flop. I couldn't stop laughing. It is a walk from the river the property.

It was a fun weekend and it was very freaking hot too.

4th of July.......

This 4th was alot of fun. First off we watched the parade. It was kinda lame but the kids liked it and all the candy they got. It was my sons first one. He thought that all the trucks and trackers we so flipping cool.

After the parade we went to Eddie's friends house for a bit to sit out the traffic that follows the parade. Poor kids were so hungry. We didn't want to ask them for food. So we let them eat alot of their candy. We finally left after about an hour there and went to the store to get last minute BBQ stuff. OMGOSH!!!! Talk about crazy!!!! I have never seen so many people in the safeway in Molalla.

When we finally got home the kids ate and then they went swimmming for a bit. Ashley feel asleep for about an hour or so. Dossie and Addy are die hards!!!! Finally it was time to go to our firends house for a BBQ. I was so excited when I found out that Eddie had the night off. That menat that I could have a few drinks and have some earned fun!!! LOL

I was drinking German beer!!! I have never had German beer before. It was pretty good. We lit off our silly little fireworks, then it was time for the big pnes form the rodeo across the street. It was so beautiful!!! The kids loved it. They all went to the back yard and laid on the trampolne and watched them. We didn't get home until midnight. The kids were so tired. But they had so much fun.

The kiddie parade

So this was the first time that we dd the kiddie parade. It is only a little over a mile. It was fun!! The kids hated waiting for it to start ...it was hot out too. They rode their bikes, and I walked with the other moms. This was a Girl Scout thing by the way. By the time we got back to the car, the girls were so exhausted!!!!! I took them to the wonderful McD's. That made it all the better.

Tomorrow we are going to the BIG Molalla parade. We were in that a few times, and that one is not fun to be in when it is really hot. We are just going to be on the side lines watching and catching candy and wave a lot! I cannot wait.

Then we get to go to a friends house for a BBQ and fireworks. This is the first year that I have bought fireworks in about 5 years. I went a little crazy. Oh well, they are only kids once and I want them to remember how much fun they had on the 4th.

One of those days!!!!!

So today started just like any other day. The only thing is, I only got a few hours of sleep because I was stupid and decided to have a wonderful cup of coffee at 8:00 p.m. That was a stupid move on my par. I was up until 2 a.m. and then I had to get up at 7 a.m.

Addy had a friend sleep over yesterday and they were in the pool until 9 p.m. They didn't go to sleep until midnight. Crazy kids!!!! My 3 year old was a die hard as well. We were all sleep deprived and had a busy day head of us today.

I went and picked up my friends kid from the babysitters and we all went to the library for there summer program. It was about reptiles. You could not hear the lady talk, it was so muggy in the place and all the kids were grouchy!!!! Talk about a fun time.....NOT! They the little ones(boys) kept wanting to go to the park...it is only about a block from the library. We left the thing early and I let them play for a bit.

Addy in the mean time is complaining about being hungry and how her head hurts...blah,blah,blah!!! I know this sounds mean, but oh well. Dossie is being mean to Brennan, and Brennan is not having fun, he is coughing everywhere due to allergies. I get him back to his babysitters and give my kids sandwiches that I brought for them. That shuts them up for a while.

Then I need to go to Vancouver to pick up my middle child. This is a 45 minute drive with 2 crabby kids who are just flat out crabby!!!! I am still holding my patience at this point. I get there and we visit for a little while. I had written everything that I had to flipping get done today. It was a long list. After listening to my crabby kids, I decided not to do most of those things.

Taking 3 kids to the grocery store when they are crabby is grounds for me to go nuts!!!

So we just went to a few stores and let me tell you....I AM SO GLAD I DID NOT TAKE THEM TO ALL OF THOSE PLACES I NEEDED TO GO TO!!!! We only went to 3 out of the 7 places I needed to go, and those were in and out ones.

ok, so we get home and my patience are melting away with the heat. Go and put stuff in the pool, turn on the filter,.....wait, the filter is not working, what the heck? It was working yesterday!!!! I will call Ed and see what he says. Calling Ed...no answer....call again....still no answer. What the f#^@ is the point of having a cell phone if you don't answer it. Especially seeing how you keep it in your front pocket and it vibrates. ARGGGGGGG!!!!!! That's not all...there is a flipping leak in the pool too. So the kids are in the pool anyways. I really do not care any longer. I am done.

Not to mention that I have been potty training my son for 2 years and still he is no farther. SO I lost my patience with that as well. It is only 5 p.m. and I Still have to figure what in the hell I am making for dinner!!!!! Any ideas???

Just remembering when they were smaller

It just seems so weird that my babies are getting so big. I love the fact that before I know it they will be adults and have families of their own, but I do not think that I will be ready for it when it happens.

I look at Addy and think where in the heck did the time go? I still remember the look on Eddies face when I told him I was pregnant. I wish I had a camera for that look. It was of pure excitement! When I found out that I was pregnant with Ashley...LOL That was the funniest one. I told the person on the phone to "SHUT UP" I was in shock. It was a good shock. I didn't think that I would be pregnant that month. When I found out that I was pregnant with Dossie, I knew it was going to happen in the middle of making him...LOL

My babies are no longer babies,but growing into wonderful little persons that will soon be adults...Boo Hoo!!!!
